OUR HEAD CHEF: DAN

With nearly 30 years of cooking behind me taking me all over the country I draw my inspirations from the farms & fields of the lake district to the seas of the channel islands (where I spent many a year).


So fresh local produce is at the heart of everything I do wherever I have been. So I will be seeing what East Anglia has to offer, from the local fish to the cheeses of Suffolk & everything in between!


On my down time you’ll find me around a lake fishing, tending to my allotment, walking the dog or feeding the chickens!
